'I called Paul at Aycliffe Cleaning Services after a recommendation from a friend and I was absolutely delighted with the service provided. My partner is fiercely allergic to dog hair and we moved in to a house where there had been a dog living inside. Paul made a special effort with the entire house and charged an extremely reasonable price. The difference in my partner after the carpets had been done was unbelievable. Paul even contacted me to make sure that my partners allergy had been okay after offering to re-do them at no extra cost if the allergy flared up again. I cannot fault Paul, and I have continued to recommend his business to all who will listen! On top of the brilliant price Paul is also a genuinely lovely guy who is happy to go the extra mile to help his customers. I will definately use Paul again in the future.

I reside in Sydney, Australia and own a rental property in Newton Aycliffe which I manage privately. Not having an agent can leave me stuck when problems arise. A tenant vacated my property earlier this year, leaving it an appallingly dirty and derelict condition. Aycliffe Cleaning Services undertook the responsibility of a full refurbishment of the property. He supplied me with a realisitc time frame and costing for all the labour and materials.
I would like to congratulate Paul for all his help and hard work completing the dreaded task within the time frames and with no extra cost incurred! He also gave comprehensive feedback via telephone calls, photographs and emails of work in progress.
I am absolutely delighted with the final outcome and I wanted to express how refreshing it is to liase with a company who are 100% genuine and trustworthy. Not being present to oversee the project wasnt an issue as I felt secure in the knowledge I could leave this task in his capable hands.
